From February to may 2004 he leads a research about the take-or-pay contract at the Stanford law school (supervisors John J. Donohue e Michael Klausner) concerning the assignmnent of a scholarship for the enhancement abroad, promoted by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
In the academic year 2001-2002 he accomplishes the law master degree at Università cattolica del sacro cuore of Milan, presenting his thesis in private law’s institutions: L’adempimento dell’obbligo di garanzia” (the fulfillment of the guarantee obligation); mentor prof. A. A. Dolmetta. Marks 110/110 cum laude.
From 1997 to 2001 he studies at Augustinianum boarding school of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Since 2010 he coordinates the banking law and debt restructuring department of the Lambertini and associates’ law firm at the Verona and Milano branches. He mainly manages company crisis and rebalancing agreements, in addition to the banking regulation.
