The Office

1985-2015

The L&A legal office was established thirty years ago by the lawyer Lamberto Lambertini, an enthusiast of commercial law, to offer a competent solution for the requests of compliancy with the rules of Corporate Law for his family’s companies that were turning the Italian region of Veneto into a worldwide competitive economical area.

During these past thirty years, the office has gained expertise and competence, providing support, even during trials, for matters of contracts, finance and real estate market.

With the downfall of the traditional Italian business model, the office has acquired a highly qualified knowledge concerning company crisis, especially regarding resolution agreed which aims at keeping the continuity of the company itself.

Nowadays the office is composed of twenty professionals and each of them is herald of specific skills.

We work all over the Italian country thanks to our offices in Rome and Milan, although our main participation is over the Northern Eastern part of Italy.
