Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business at Università degli Studi di Venezia in 1991 with a thesis in political economy about the problems of the sustainable development (mentor prof. ignazio musu).
Graduated in law at Università degli Studi di Bologna in 1998 with a thesis in advanced commercial law about the Shareholders’ Agreements (mentor prof. Renzo Costi).
After developing a substantial experience in the perview of the delayering consultation and company crisis, in 1998 she joined the Lambertini and Sssociates’ law firm, where she carried out legal aid activities mainly in the field of the corporate dispute and extrajudicial consultation, particularly in juxtaposition to in- crisis corporates rescuing operations, governance and shareholders’ agreements.
Since april 2001 she is partner of the lambertini and associates’ law firm.
She mostly manages the corporate law, operations of leveragedbuy out and extraordinary finance (in the corporate crisis sector,too), delayering (mergers, secessions, etc.) and venture capital and private equity legal advices .
She maturated a remarkable experience in the scope of the corporates dispute, acquisitions/resignations of attendants and companies, contracts and shareholders’ agreements editing, assisting investment banks, SGR and funds in the participation tranfers.
She is professor of commercial law at the specialization school for legal professions at Università di Verona and Trento since 2013.
She is part of the scientific committee of editing of centro studi tributari of Gruppo EuroconferenceS.p.A
